2. Description of Service
ValueAlpha provides AI-powered business valuation analysis tools. Our platform generates valuation estimates based on the financial data you provide, using standard valuation methodologies including discounted cash flow, comparable companies, precedent transactions, and scenario analysis.
3. Not Financial Advice
Important: ValueAlpha reports are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. Our valuations are estimates based on the data you provide and should not be relied upon as a formal business appraisal. Consult a qualified professional for formal valuation opinions, legal proceedings, or investment decisions.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account.
5. Payments
Valuation reports are available for purchase at the price displayed at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Reports are non-refundable once generated and downloaded.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its algorithms, design, and content, is owned by ValueAlpha. Reports you generate are yours to use, but the underlying methodology and software remain our property.
7. Limitation of Liability
ValueAlpha is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, or from any decisions made based on our valuation reports.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
